Where are you located?
We are located just 15 minutes from Sundance, Wyoming
My beef is not frozen, is it still safe to eat?
As long as your beef is still cold to the touch or under 40 degrees fahrenheit, it is completely safe to consume or to refreeze
Can I customize my whole, half or quarter beef?
Absolutely, and we encourage you to! Just reach out to us, to help decide the best way to order!
When will my beef be ready to be picked up?
A member of our team will reach out to you within 24-48hrs after ordering to ensure a good pickup time.
What does Grass-Fed Grain Finished mean?
Grass-fed, grain-finished means our cattle spend the majority of their lives grazing on open pasture, eating natural grasses. In the final 120+ days, they are introduced to a carefully balanced free choice forage grain diet. This “finishing” stage enhances marbling, tenderness, and overall flavor.
How is the Beef Packaged?
Each package of beef comes vacuum sealed to preserve freshness.
When do you have bulk beef available?
Kara Creek Ranch strives to always have beef available for when your family needs it, we do sell out from time to time but do offer pre-orders when that occurs.

Shipping & Local Pickup
At Kara Creek Ranch, we strive to make receiving our premium Wyoming beef as convenient as possible. All
beef is individually packaged in vacuum-sealed packaging to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

We offer nationwide shipping on all eligible beef products.
Shipping Rates
Orders over $200
FREE Shipping
Add Shipping Protection for $15 to cover packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
Orders under $200
Standard Shipping: $30
Shipping with Protection: $45
Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped on the following Tuesday after your order is placed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days of the shipping date.
Receiving Your Order
Our beef is shipped frozen in insulated packaging. Some natural thawing may occur during transit. As long
as the beef remains cold and below 40°F, it is safe to refrigerate or refreeze upon arrival.
Seasonal Shipping Notice
Kara Creek Ranch Beef does not ship during the months of July and August due to extreme summer temperatures.
Bulk Beef Orders
We are unable to ship quarter, half, or whole beef packages.
Please contact us directly to discuss pickup options for bulk beef purchases.

After you place your order, a member of our team will contact you to schedule a pickup time. Use coupon code BEEFPICKUP at checkout to receive 10% off your pickup order.

Return & Shipping Protection Policy
All sales are final. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues with your
order or the quality of your beef, please contact us immediately at 307-209-4887 so we can assist you.
Orders with Shipping Protection
Customers who purchase Shipping Protection are covered for packages that are lost or damaged during
transit. If an issue occurs, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work directly with you to resolve
the claim and either replace your order or issue a refund, as appropriate.
Orders Without Shipping Protection
For orders shipped without Shipping Protection, Kara Creek Ranch is not responsible for packages that are
lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
